MY CUTE LITTLE PUPPY AND PUMKIN!

We had a great time this year! Easton loved knocking on the doors and wasn't shy at all. Everyone laughed at him as he ran down the sidewalk running from door to door. Some called him a "cute bunny" and he would say "No, I'm a doggy!" He even invited himself into a strangers house. He makes friends with everyone. Jaxon just went along for the ride and enjoyed waving a glow stick around that someone was handing out! What a FUN (but kind of strange) holiday! I was just observing people tonight and it really is kind of weird that we all walk the streets going from door to door dressed up begging for candy. I love it and can't wait for next year!

TAG!

I've been tagged!
Fourth Picture, Fourth File! Find it, Post it, Tell about it! (Thanks Kourt)

Okay, this picture is from a family home evening we had . The theme was "Going to the Temple." We attempted to make a Temple out of cookie dough but it didn't work so we ended up making cookies instead! haha. Zac and I laughed and laughed about this. If anyone wants to try this I recommend baking the cookie dough first then assemble your temple with frosting or something. I got the idea from sugardoodle.net. It was entertaining and Easton loved eating the cookie dough.
I tag: Rachel, Dad and Jenny, Lisa, Tammy, Lori, Holly, and anyone else that wants to be tagged!

Goodbye diaper bag and Hello Purse

I have been carrying around the same diaper bag for over a year and I decided it was time for a change! My diaper bag is completely worn out, stained and faided. It was time to either get a new diaper bag or a purse. . . I decided to go with a purse! What do you think? It is big enough to carry everything I need and more! I am so excited about it! I LOVE IT! I had a hard time picking one out because there were so many cute ones to choose from! I think I am really going to love the purse thing!
(mom, thank you for the gift card, this is what I bought with it, love you!)

Thanks MOM

Okay, so, I had a breakdown. Has anyone else ever experienced a breakdown moment were you are so behind with everything?... laundry piling up, dirty dishes piled to the ceiling, sticky floors, food all over the walls and floors, carpet that has not been vacuumed for weeks, dirty sippy cups everywhere, toys scattered everywhere, a stinky, messy house EWE! I had emotions piling up and keeping up with everything finally got to me. I was so tired that I couldn't find the energy to get started on this major project of just catching up on the what seemed to be "The Impossible task." I have never been so behind on house work ever! I usually have a house of order and I don't know how my house fell apart? So my WONDERFUL MOM saved the day! My mom is the best mom in the entire world. She offered to take my kids for a week to give me a break so I could catch up on my house and also take time for myself. I felt guilty because I felt that I was being selfish to want some time for myself but she talked me into it. My mom was also very excited to spend time with my boys because she doesn't see them that often. Last Friday Zac met my mom and Robert in Salina and she took them home with her. (Thank you Zac for taking them and being so patient with me and not complaining. Sorry you couldn't get up on the mountain for your hunt and early as you wanted to.) It is now Tuesday night and I have finally caught up on my house and I have been able to take time for myself as well. Thank you mom!!! I have scrubbed every corner of my house, walls, windows, blinds, my disgusting fridge, my carpets are the cleanest they have ever been, I cleaned every toy my kids own and organized their room, I ironed all of their clothes and put their clothes into their own dressers, my bathrooms are spotless, my furniture is free of dust, I scrubbed and polished my kitchen table and all the chairs, the list goes on and on.... Needless to say, having a clean spotless house is so rewarding for me. I just feel so much more at ease when my house is organized and clean, I really hope it stays that way for awhile. I will never fall behind again. Some other very nice things that I was able to do was, I went to Stake Conference and was able to listen to all of the talks and take it all in. I loved it! The adult session was amazing. I went for a hike with Kristy to the Red Cliffs, that was so much fun. I also went and did a session today at the temple with Zac, that was fabulous! I need to make a bigger effort to go there more often. I called my mom everyday, several times a day. She is the best Grandma to Easton and Jaxon. She put everything she had going on aside so she could help me. I am so lucky to have her in my life. I have the best mom in the entire world. Also, I miss my kids terribly!!!! I am going to go get them tomorrow and I can't wait to see them. They are my joy in life!!! I can't wait to hug and kiss them both!!!
